WINDOWS EXCEL 4.0 or higher

Downloading:

Download the ROWING program files in rowprog.zip into a (suggested) directory d:\ROWING\ROWPROG and unzip it with pkunzip.

Download the ROWING example files in rowxmpl.zip into a (suggested) directory d:\ROWING\ROWXMPL and unzip it with pkunzip.

Then read immediately the file d:\rowing\rowxmpl\ROWUSERS.TXT.
